How do I cancel the daily texts?
Reply STOP to any Cosmic Hint message. This stops future texts and cancels any linked paid plan. The free week needs no cancelling: it stops by itself after 7 mornings. You can also use the Stripe billing portal.
How do I manage billing?
Daily-text billing is managed through the secure Stripe billing portal from your account page.
When should my reading arrive?
Your first reading is texted as soon as you sign up. After that, messages are scheduled for around 7:00 AM in your local time zone, though carrier delays can affect exact timing.
Can I request data deletion?
Yes. Email hello@cosmichint.com and we will help with access, correction, or deletion requests.
